XILS800nic / Test

XILS is a modular family of fully automated in-line test systems designed for In-Circuit Testing, In-System Programming, and Functional Testing. Available in different configurations for standard, large, and oversized PCBs, XILS systems offer fast handling, flexible fixture integration, and easy product changeovers. Multiple units can be connected in series to create a compact, scalable test line capable of supporting high-throughput electronics manufacturing and demanding instrumentation requirements.
